My review of the IPad after 14 days.

I have had my IPad for two weeks today and I love everything about it. I understand it doesn’t do everything, but it does do about 90% (front-facing camera) of what I need it to do. I have taken it every where with me for the last two weeks and I have heard all of the concerns. Most people only think flash is a big deal because the media is sensationalizing it.

Yeah majority of the video on the web is being streamed via a flash player. What most people don’t realize is that most of that video is Porn. So if you really want your porn you will be better off getting a laptop.

Here are my findings on what can’t be done today:

1. You can’t watch Hulu but most of the shows are available on some other site or app.
2. You can’t download files natively.
3. Still can’t edit files in Google docs. This is not Apple’s problem it’s Google’s for not figuring this out yet.
4. Web development is slower because of no multi tasking until later this year.
5. Sharepoint doesn’t work. Again this is not Apple’s problem.

That’s about it everything else I do in my computing life can be done via my IPad. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and I thank Steve Jobs again for making my world a better place.
